HS3 Construction is a Fountain Hills based construction company and Licensed Arizona General Contractor that is seasoned in residential and commercial construction with over 30 years’ experience in all facets of building, designing and remodeling.

About Our Owners

Larry Webster, the Owner of HS3 Contracting, has been in the general contracting trades for over 30 years. He is a generational contractor, and entrepreneur. He worked for his family's Commercial Contracting Company until the age of 22. At the age of 23 he started his own company. He has been self employed ever since. Larry has lived in the Scottsdale, and Fountain Hills area since 1976. He calls the desert his home. He is active in his community, and his local church. Larry has a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies, and a Masters Degree in Theology. Larry met his wife at church, when they ran the teen ministry together. Larry's wife Margie, owned an interior design firm in Scottsdale, for over 18 years. Larry and Margie, have 2 children, and 3 dogs. It is the goal of HS3 Contracting, and the Webster family, to serve their community, and the surrounding areas, with the very best of all of their abilities, experiences, talents, and resources.
